Geka ALFA 500 Automatic Flat Bar Punching & Shearing Line
The Geka Alfa 500 is a CNC line in the Alfa Series of CNC solutions for processing flat bars. It consists of a CNC line that performs automated punching, marking, and shearing operations of flat bars of up to 40″ in length.
The Alfa 500 features a triple head punching unit for flat bars of diameters as large as 1 ¼”, a shearing station that can handle oversized material up to 20″ in width and 3/4″ in thickness.
