TigerSaw™ MiterXL is the NEW & BIGGER fully auto push-feed saw system for mitering aluminum, copper, fiberglass, wood, plastics, and more.
Fully Automated Saw System For Mitering
Increase Accuracy
Quickly and accurately cut miters to a tolerance of +/- .1° with TigerSaw™ MiterXL. Forget manually measuring, marking material, and positioning a miter saw. TigerSaw™ MiterXL accurately push feeds material and cuts parts to the desired length every time.
Reduce Scrap
Raw material costs are extremely high. Operators can’t afford to scrap perfectly good material due to inaccuracies and human error. TigerSaw™ MiterXL eliminates scrap waste with its fast and accurate positioning and adds dollars back onto your bottom line.
Self-Adjusting Front Fence
The front fence ensures material stays flush against the back fence as it is being fed out of the saw. It automatically moves out of the way of the saw blade so there is never any risk of collision.
Reduce Labor
Many operators will cut all of their straight lengths to size and then re-handle the same material to cut miter angles. Not anymore.

TigerSaw™ MiterXL’s Dynamic Optimization software will ensure that material waste is reduced to a minimum, by optimizing for length and cut efficiency. TigerSaw™ MiterXL offers complete reporting of material yields and saw run-time efficiencies, as well as job simulation software, allowing customers to determine accurate job costing before cutting any material.
Cut List Downloading
TigerStop® has extensive experience handling work orders and cut list data. Using TigerStop® Cut List Downloading Software, TigerLink, you can download cut lists or part lists from your network and send them to your TigerStop® using Ethernet cables. You no longer have to use messy paper cut lists.
TigerTouch
Any TigerStop® can be enhanced with cutting edge touch screen control with TigerTouch. Using the TigerTouch touch screen controller, you can download an infinite number of cut lists, display three cut lists at a time for easy switching between work orders, and view statistics such as job status, remnants, remaining parts, and yield.
Dynamic Optimization
Dynamic Optimization software gives you the best yield by determining the optimal cutting order from your parts list. Improved material yield saves money on raw material and reduces scrap waste. Pair Dynamic Optimization with a laser scanning and defecting pusher foot for even greater throughput.
Simulation Tools
Every time a piece of material is run through the TigerSaw™ 2000, material information is stored, including material length and defects detected. This allows the operator to create an order and run the previously run material against the order off-line. The operator will now know his yields before ever running a stick of material. This greatly assists in job costing.
Software Development Kit
Want to create custom software for your TigerStop® brand machinery? No problem. Visit our GitHub site today.
TigerSet
The TigerSet software upgrade opens up a communication port on your TigerStop® so you can use a PC, PLC or Barcode Scanner to control your TigerStop® systems. You can also create your own code using TigerStopSDK, the TigerStop® open source software development kit, if you have TigerSet.
Report Generation
Reports can be saved in .PDF file format. Custom reports are now possible if the customer’s IT department can tap into our SQL database. TigerStop® can provide database schema.
